Pageant

Pageant packages are for individuals who are competing in a pageant and want to hone their storytelling skills to inspire audiences onstage, in the interview room, and in the community. Throughout the coaching process, you would be encouraged to dig deeply through reflection to leave the coaching process transformed to tell your most authentic story during and beyond the pageant.

These include:

• Paperwork review, feedback, and edits

• Brand story exercises to align your story across multiple platforms (e.g. social media, media engagement, paperwork, website)

• Mock interview with panels of multi-faceted individuals across multiple industries and varying levels of pageant experience

Writing

Writing packages are for individuals who are either starting or working on a writing piece and are looking for support to meet their goals.Writing coaching will help you ensure clarity on the message you're meant to bravely share with the world, look for sparks of inspiration in everyday moments when you experience a creative block, and develop an action plan to see your writing goals through.

These include:

• Exercises to nurture your creativity, identify limiting beliefs, share authentic truths with care, and reignite your craft

• Review of and edits to a written draft

• Loving accountability to meet

Executive

Executive packages are for leaders looking to deepen self-awareness, hone storytelling skills to build community and lead from the heart, and drive transformational change in their lives and at work.

These include:

• A 360 review with colleagues, organizational leaders, and supervises to identify strength and growth areas

• Access to resources, literature, and research to expand leadership and storytelling strategies and practice

• Mock talk or facilitation with tangible feedback and support

Public Speaking

Public speaking packages are for individuals who are looking to share enticing, informative, and moving messages with vitality, clarity, and authenticity. Through the process of coaching, you'll get to the root of fear and transform it into confidence, feel more free when presenting, and clarify what you stand for and say it in a way that moves people.

These include:

• Content development and refinement to tell engaging stories

• Confidence-building techniques and exercises to deliver content with ease and clarity

• Building or expanding your story bank
